Tips To Tighten Your Bottom
Every women wants a beautiful body, one of them is beautiful bottom. Many ways to get it done, this is one of the tips to tighten your bottom, it is very easy to do especially at home. Perfect result would be obtained if you are keen to do it.
- With a standing posture, both hands holding on to the bench or who may be used as the support of our weight. Both legs closed, Starting with the right foot, deep breath through your nose, lift your bottom seem to back up to tighten, while throwing the breath through the mouth. Then return the leg to the starting position. Repeat up to 20 count. Then proceed with your left leg.
- In a standing position, stretch your legs hip-width apart. Inhale with your nose, then with a breath out through your mouth, bend and promote the right foot forward, so that the position be the right leg bent forward and your left leg bent backwards. When standing, deep breath through your nose, and when your knees bent, breath out through your mouth.
You can repeat the movement over repeatedly if you do not feel tired. Results from a small exercise above will not be immediately visible results, it’s worth your time to spend around five minutes to do this exercise.
